Rhythm based lifestyle coaching program online with coach guided 12 sessions over 12 weeks.
To progressively increase the intensity of the sessions starting from Level 0 to Level 8. Each session will include body work and reflections which will work on enhancing the posture, increase communication, is functional, expressive and developmental. Each session will have a world music theme- a warm up, cardio dance and flow exercises using the body to move the way it naturally feels like moving. A free dance or a relaxation technique will be implemented in each session.
